SCHEDULING

I totally understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a $25 cancellation fee.

No-shows and same day cancellations will be changed 100% of the service total.

There is a 10 minute grace period if you are late. After that, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the cancellation fee.

Please allow a 10–15 minute flexibility window around your appointment time, as schedules may occasionally shift. I’ll always give you as much notice as possible and do my best to keep you within your expected timeframe.

GUESTS & CHILDREN

To ensure a safe and focused environment, please do not bring any guests inside with you. We do not allow guests that are not being serviced, or children in our studio. Failure to follow will result in appointment cancellation.

MEDICATION

I can not perform services on clients that have taken Accutane, Isotretinoin, or any other medications that may alter skin sensitivity within the last year. Please consult your physician prior to booking your appointment.

SKINCARE & SENSITIVITIES

Services are not suitable for those with the following conditions in the area: eczema, sensitive skin, severe acne, rosacea, psoriasis, sunburn, bruising, open wounds.

Please pause your use of the following products:

  • Retinol/retinoids

  • AHAs & BHA’s

  • Any active exfoliants or brightening serums

  • Prescription strength acne meds on/around brows
