I’m Marley Burbach, a licensed esthetician and brow artist who’s obsessed with detail and helping others feel genuinely confident.

I got into esthetics after struggling with severe acne and low self esteem growing up — and it shaped the way I approach every single service today: with empathy, care, and an obsession with helping others fall a little more in love with themselves.

After graduating esthetics school in 2024, I got my first job at the Benefit Brow Bar. I never had any interest in brows during school, but I knew this industry was competitive and I needed to take what I could get. That’s when I fell in love with the power of a good brow transformation. After honing my craft there, I moved into ESTHETIXX + CO., an upbeat and welcoming studio filled with talented women who are just as dedicated to empowering our clients as I am.

My chair is a place of confidence, joy and care. I believe in serving with generosity, leading with integrity, and creating a welcoming, safe space where kindness is my signature.

I love my job because most days it doesn’t feel like work. I love that I’m able to make a living helping other people feel beautiful and chit chatting with friends all day. I’m so so incredibly grateful and excited to be doing what I’m doing and so excited to meet you and your brows!
